Agudath Sholom has been serving the needs of the Jewish community in the greater Lynchburg area for over 100 years. We offer Friday night Shabbat Services, adult Torah text study, children's religious school, and a youth program.
Welcome to Agudath Sholom! We hope that you will join us as guests or members under our tent of hospitality. Like the legendary tent of Abraham and Sarah, we are open on all four sides eager to welcome you with the comforts of a small Southern Jewish home -- good food, friendship, music and Torah. We welcome all Jews and your loved ones. If you are intermarried, we welcome your family. If you are a friend of our tribe, we welcome you. We have a place for everyone under our tent.
